Graduate Analyst Programmer
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Graduate or Junior Software Analyst Developer to kickstart your career in software development.
You will work with our development team to design, develop, and support high-quality software solutions for the public sector and blue-chip companies. You’ll have the chance to expand your development skills while working on future product upgrades and providing live support and maintenance for our current product suites.
As a Graduate Analyst Developer, you will be involved in a variety of activities, including but not limited to:
Collaborating closely with analysts, developers, and senior architects.
Engaging with our elite client base to understand workflows, identify and resolve issues, provide solutions to business problems, and perform quality assurance.
Working closely with IT specialists, both internally and externally.
Writing technical and functional design documentation.
Maintaining systems in the Test, UAT, and Live environments.
Engaging with customers and gathering requirements.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Continuously learning relevant tools and technologies.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA / KEY SKILLS
Basic understanding of and ability to write MS SQL queries.
Passion for technology.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Basic programming skills in Microsoft Visual C#.
Familiarity with ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC.
Openness to learning and developing new skills.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university with major course work in computer science or a related field.
NOTES
As the work conducted includes investigations on behalf of government agencies, you will have to pass an in-depth background check to obtain SC Clearance and sign Official Secrets Act.
You will be expected to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion when performing your duties.
This includes company confidential policies and procedures as well as material you may encounter through the course of your duties.
